Meet Wade, the Head Hobo
Some of my fondest memories as a young hobo were playing outdoor games at family gatherings at the lake—one-upping each other in bocce ball and the clanging thrill of a horseshoe "ringer." The passion for camaraderie, creativity, and competition I found in outdoor games has led to the founding of Hobo Games. With the support of an amazing team of hobos, we’re helping thousands of kids and kids at heart make new memories together through outdoor games.
What’s with the name?
A friend came up with the name Hobo Games in homage to his grandpa—a real-life, tough-as-nails, hobo. Hobos are resourceful, resilient, and ready to travel, so if you’re ready to party, we’re ready to work!
